What sizes do you offer?
Most Neon Misfits apparel is available from S–3XL, with select items available in extended sizing depending on the product.
We recommend checking the size chart on each product page before ordering.
How do your shirts and hoodies fit?
Our apparel is designed with a relaxed streetwear-inspired fit.
Tees fit true-to-size for a standard look, or size up for a more oversized fit.
Hoodies have a comfortable relaxed fit perfect for layering.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 2-5 business days and typically arrive within 5–10 business days after processing.
Because many items are made to order, shipping times may vary slightly during high-volume periods.
Are your products made to order?
Yes. Many Neon Misfits items are produced on demand to reduce waste and avoid overproduction.
This allows us to focus on unique collections and limited-run designs instead of mass production.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because items are made to order, we currently only accept returns or replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Will colors look exactly the same in person?
We do our best to accurately display colors and artwork across all products, but colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and printing methods.
How should I wash my apparel?
For best results:
- Wash cold
- Turn garments inside out
- Tumble dry low or hang dry
- Avoid ironing directly over printed areas
Proper care helps preserve print quality and garment life.
Will collections return after they sell out?
Some designs may return in future drops, evolutions, or archive collections — but not always.
